CALAIS – A 63-year-old Calais woman has a court date Monday for abusing a 51-year-old man who had previously gotten a restraining order against the woman, according to police.

Police arrested Gloria Santamore Saturday morning after she showed up unannounced at her alleged victim's house, police said. The victim, also a Calais resident, had a restraining order against his alleged attacker. Santamore was taken into custody and later released with a citation for charges of domestic assault and violation of an abuse-prevention order.
