NEW HAVEN — A Vermont man has died after the motorcycle he was riding fell on its side and slid into a guardrail.

Police said 44-year-old Bruce Sturtevant of New Haven was thrown from the bike on Sunday night. He was not wearing a helmet.

The crash happened in New Haven on North Street., near the intersection with Plank Road.
